Orca’s video streaming platform enables live video and video-on-demand to be delivered simultaneously to the web and mobile devices – whilst charging for it. Web users pay via PayPal, premium SMS or credit card – whilst mobile users pay via direct carrier billing, premium SMS or credit card.
